David Myer
David Myer is co-owner of AimPoint Realty Group and a licensed real estate professional serving clients throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Born and raised in Westford, Massachusetts, David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Fitchburg State University before beginning a 14-year public-service career that included 2 years in 911 dispatch and 12 years in law enforcement.
David began his law enforcement career at the Peterborough Police Department, where he worked alongside Michael Chapdelaine, before later serving with the New Ipswich Police Department.
After transitioning into real estate full-time in 2021, David partnered with Michael Chapdelaine to help grow AimPoint Realty Group into a service-driven real estate team focused on communication, trust, preparation, and long-term client relationships.
David is also a member of the Worcester, Massachusetts Vesta Divorce Hub, helping strengthen AimPoint Realty Group’s connection to divorce-related professional resources and education.

Michael Chapdelaine is founder and co-owner of AimPoint Realty Group, a veteran, former Detective Sergeant, and licensed real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
With more than 28 years of law enforcement experience across multiple departments, Michael brings leadership, communication, negotiation skill, investigative experience, organization, and calm decision-making into every client relationship.
Michael founded AimPoint Realty Group in 2023 with the vision of creating a service-driven real estate team focused on professionalism, preparation, communication, and trusted client guidance throughout every stage of the process.
Michael is also a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert through the Ilumni Institute and specializes in real estate situations connected to family law matters, including high-conflict divorces, restraining orders, court-ordered property sales, and complex property transitions.
In addition, Michael proudly supports eligible clients through the Homes for Heroes program, helping military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, healthcare workers, EMS professionals, and educators understand potential real estate savings opportunities.
